Bio

As a video technician, editor, and visual effects artist based in the San Francisco Bay Area, I have honed my skills over the years.

My career commenced as a post-production technical assistant, progressing to supervisor in commercial post-production in San Francisco, California. Subsequently, I joined Industrial Light & Magic (ILM) in Marin County, where I served as a technical operations supervisor and later as a visual effects editor.

During my tenure at ILM, I was instrumental in the DI and digital mastering teams for the Star Wars Prequels, “Attack of the Clones” and “Revenge of the Sith.” I subsequently transitioned to the lead online editor position for the animated series “The Clone Wars” produced by Lucasfilm.

My expertise then led me to ILM’s VFX production, where I served as a VFX editor, commencing with “Jurassic World.”

I subsequently transitioned to Lucasfilm Animation as an Associate Editor for the Star Wars: Resistance animated series. In this role, I oversaw the final cuts of each episode, ensuring final mastering and broadcast readiness.

My experience encompasses VFX editing at various global facilities, including Base FX and Method Studios in Malaysia and Canada. I contributed to notable projects such as “Aquaman,” “Star Wars: Rise of Skywalker,” and the series “The Mandalorian” and “The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power.”

I subsequently returned to Northern California, working remotely for Assembly (New York) on episodic streaming shows, including “The Crowded Room” (Apple TV+), “Mrs. Davis” (Peacock), and “The Gilded Age” (HBO).

Presently, I am fulfilling the role of video technician in Silicon Valley, where I manage media data for diverse projects. My responsibilities encompass on-set and studio operations, ensuring quality control and security for various productions. My role involves the management and storage of camera-original media, transcoding, and color-accurate quality control.
